RiBran® 300 Rice Bran – Rice is a cornerstone carbohydrate source for many bodybuilders and athletes. Usually, it’ll be brown rice because this type of rice is nutritionally complete and is low glycemic carb.(1)

The Glycemic Index is a value assigned to foods based on how slowly or how quickly those foods cause increases in blood glucose levels. Glucose is given a baseline value of 100 so as the number gets lower the slower a carbohydrate food digests. Modo de empleo:

Como suplemento dietético para adultos sanos, mezclar un servicio de 37 gramos (1 dosificador raso) con 230 ml de agua y tomar en cualquier momento del día. 

Se puede mezclar con un batido de proteínas para aumentar los macros.
